The Blessing from the only statue of Blessed Virgin Mary which is in the world dressed with the Most Sacred Rosary which was taken to the Divine Arms of Blessed Mother will be granted in the evening of Saturday 5th February 2011 at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, Katunayake, Sri Lanka.
On 1st of July in the Year of 1978 Blessed Mother Appeared before His Holiness the Apostolic Father Rohan Lalith Aponso in the Apparition Church of Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine. That was the 19th Appearance. When She Appeared on that day She took the personal Rosary of our Holy Apostolic Father into Her Divine Arms and returned it back to the Holy Apostolic Father.
On 6th of August in the year of 2005, The Holy Apostolic Father dressed a new statue of Blessed Mother Mary, the Queen of Rosary with the Most Sacred Rosary and Crowned it with a Golden Crown.
Blessing will be Granted at the Solemn Vespers Novena to all devotees & pilgrims from the ‘Statue of Blessed Mother Mary Dressed with the Most Sacred Rosary’.
When we receive the Blessing from the ‘Statue of Blessed Mother Mary Dressed with the Most Sacred Rosary’ which was taken by Blessed Mother Herself into Her Divine Arms when She Appeared in person in this world, it is as if we are receiving Blessing Directly from Blessed Mother Herself since it is the ‘Only Statue of Blessed Mother Mary in the world Dressed with the Most Sacred Rosary’ which was taken by Herself into Her Divine Arms.
