I am a woman who is working in a private institution. My husband is deceased. I am living alone with my 2 children. The only income I am getting is from what I am earning from my job.
From a period of 5 years onwards, my right hand got benumbed. I have taken various medicines for that. My ailment was affecting my job also because I was working as a typist. Especially, whenever I am typing, this situation was affecting me a lot.
In the meantime, I got to know about Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine through a friend of mine. I visited Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine according to the information provided by my friend.
My friend told me that she was also suffering from an ailment from a very long period and that she had gone to Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, and had handed over letters to Holy Apostolic Father, requesting to cure her, from her illness through the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who has appeared in that Shrine. She further told me that after handing over her request letters to Holy Apostolic Father, she was also completely cured.
I also went to Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine every Saturday evening, along with my 2 children and attended religious services and handed over request letters to Holy Apostolic Father, for the cure of my sickness. I requested Holy Apostolic Father to intercede before the Blessed Virgin Mary, on behalf of my sickness. I handed over only 6 letters to him. I was completely cured.
In my 7th letter, I thanked the Holy Apostolic Father for his Intercession before the Blessed Virgin Mary, on behalf of me.
The Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine will never be a distance memory to me. The Holy Apostolic Father of Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, is the only hope for us who are undergoing pain and suffering.
