The Only Apostle who is presently living in this world, who was appointed by Lord Jesus Christ Himself, is residing in the Shrine of Our Lady of Katunayake. Every Saturday evening, people converge before His Holiness Rohan Lalith Aponso, the Only Apostle, who is presently living in this world, reverently, without any differences, not only to see him to their own eyes, but also to go before him, so closely, to receive his Apostolic Blessing.
People kneel before him, enthusiastically, not only to receive his Apostolic Blessing, but also to kiss his shoes. They perform this ritual on their own, without any influence, due to the utmost love and reverence they have in their heart.
These photos show devotees offering their reverence to the Holy Apostle, His Holiness Rohan Lalith Aponso, by kneeling before him to receive his Apostolic Blessing and to handover their request letters. They also offered their reverence to him, from the bottom of their heart, by kissing his shoes during the General Audience, which was held as usual, in the evening of Saturday, 28th September 2013, in Sts. Peter and Paul garden of Our Lady of Katunayke’s Shrine.
