Holy Apostolic Father, His Holiness, Rohan Lalith Aponso, ceremonially opened the newly built Ave Maria Communication Center, located in Lewis Place Negombo, on Sunday 27th October 2013.
The Proprietor of Ave Maria Communication Center, Mr. W. Ashoka Fernando, cordially welcomed the Holy Apostolic Father, when he arrived for the opening ceremony.
Holy Apostolic Father, His Holiness, Rohan Lalith Aponso, ceremonially opened the Ave Maria Communication Center by cutting the blue ribbon, drawn across the main entrance of the communication center. After opening the Ave Maria Communication Center, the Holy Apostolic Father visited the “Mariya Handa” and the “Apostolic Tribune” websites, by using a computer of the communication center. Mr. Manoj Chinthaka, the Director of Apostolic Media Network, assisted the Holy Apostolic Father in this regard.
Before leaving the communication center, the Holy Apostolic Father, affectionately embraced the two kids of Mr. Ashoka Fernando and offered his good wishes to him.
