“Is there anyone here who is celebrating his first Christmas in his, this journey of life? That means anyone who was born between 25th December 2017 and 25th December 2018? He is celebrating his 1st Christmas today. Is there anyone?”
When His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, raised this question, the gathering inside the Apparition Church and in the Shrine Ground waited patiently. A young mother came forward with her little son.
This Christmas Holy Mass was the 62nd Christmas Holy Mass of His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, in His, this journey of life and it was also His 44th Christmas Holy Mass, which He celebrated as an Apostle.
His Holiness The Apostle looked well at this child and reflected the following. “This is the 1st Christmas of this little child, in his, this journey of life. This is my 62nd Christmas in this journey of life. As an Apostle, this is my 44th Christmas. This is the 1st Christmas Mass, celebrating in this newly refurbished Apparition Church. This is the 1st Christmas of this little child, in his, this journey of life. Now, I will tell you a small secret. Despite the fact this is the 1st Christmas of this child, in his, this journey of life, this is his 8th Christmas, which he is participating together with me. If I elaborate it precisely, he is now participating in my 8th Christmas Mass. Try to find out this secret.”
Addressing the gathering further, Our Most Holy Apostle reflected the following. “I will now present a gift to him. Look! What an amazing life is this. He has participated in seven Christmas Masses together with me. When I celebrate my 62nd Christmas, in this journey of life, this child is celebrating his 1st Christmas. When I celebrate my 44th Christmas Mass after I became an Apostle, this child is participating in my 8th Christmas Mass. By this time this little child was fallen asleep in the arms of his mother. His Holiness The Apostle presented a Statue of Baby Jesus, as a gift to the child.
Devotees who knew the powers of His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, as an Apostle, did not find any difficulty to understand the meaning of these words.
Everyone remembered the following sentence in the Holy Bible. The Lord had said to Prophet Jeremiah, ”Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee” (Jeremiah 1/5)
