An Apostle gains the knowledge and facts regarding the Jesus Christ not by reading the Holy Bible, but all other Christians including the rest of the community get to know about the Christ though reading the Holy Bible, stated by His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso.
Holy Apostle uttered the above statement on the Good Friday 19th April 2019. The Celebration of the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ started at 3 p.m. in the Apparition Church of Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine with the conduct of His Holiness the Apostle.
Further addressing the devotees gathered at the Apparition Church and Apparition Ground His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso preached any book known as the Holy Bible was never used by any Apostle and such book was exclusively made and handed to people after Jesus Christ appointing His Holiness the Apostle Paul as first Apostle by Jesus Christ appearing. Therefore many records of His Holiness the Apostle Paul are included in the book, Holy Bible. His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso also said that in the Holy Bible through the own words of the His Holiness Paul the Apostle it is mentioned how Jesus Christ appeared to His Holiness Paul the Apostle and how Paul the Apostle was chosen by Jesus Christ as His Apostle.
In the evening of 7th February 1975 on this very place at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine – Sri Lanka, Jesus Christ has appeared to His Holiness the Apostle and chose His Holiness as Christ’s Apostle. His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso stated this by pointing the exact place the Christ has appeared.
His Holiness the Apostle said that when He was divinely appointed as an Apostle of the Jesus Christ, the situation of the world has drastically changed and His Holiness the Apostle saw the people making decision of their life and preaching of Jesus Christ through a tome known as the Bible. Therefore to attentively examine the facts people learn about Jesus Christ through reading the Bible, His Holiness stated that He also has to read the Bible.
