His Holiness the Apostle stated that He calculated the number of days during His life span His Holiness had lived on this earth by February 2nd 1967. The answer His Holiness the Apostle received was 3,650 days; and His Holiness the Apostle informed that He received the answer by multiplying 365 days in a year by ten. Furthermore Holy Apostle said that He routinely performs the calculation on His every birthday.
His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso who celebrated His 62nd birthday on this February 2nd 2019, informed that He performed the calculation on that day as well; and on that specific day, when 365 is multiplied by 62, the received answer was 22,630. His Holiness the Apostle further declared that in this life journey He has lived 22,630 days on this earth.
His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso invited any person who gathered here to raise their hands if they have ever carried out an aforementioned calculation on their birthday. His Holiness the Apostle furthermore voiced that innumerable thoughts come to mind if we acknowledge with our moral conscience whether we got closer to God or whether we drifted away from God during this time we lived. His Holiness the Apostle expressed that through those conscious thoughts the life receives enlightenment.
In the evening of February 2nd 2019, celebrating 62nd birthday of His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponsoa group of female devotees chanted hymns in the presence of His Holiness the Apostle as a tribute to Him at the special birthday celebration held at Holy Apostles Peter & Paul garden in Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine.
