At the beginning of this letter itself, I wish to remind you about an occasion where Our Beloved God Almighty revealed his only Son Jesus Christ to this whole world. That means, at the moment when Our Beloved Lord Jesus Christ received his Baptism from John the Baptist, the Holy Spirit came down upon him in bodily form like a Dove. And a voice came from Heaven, “You are my own dear Son, I am pleased with you” (Luke 3/22). The voice that came from Heaven echoed all over in the air. From these words of Holy Scriptures we will understand that the God Almighty has publicly revealed Jesus Christ to the world by mentioning those words. Up to this present era, a period of over 2000 years has been passed since taking place this incident. As true Christians, we firmly believe this incident, that has taken place 2000 years ago, and we honour it. By this letter I am not trying to say to all of you, whether this incident is true or false or how it has occurred or whether I have seen it to my own eyes. Even though this incident has happened like that, I wish to say that in this modern millennium, similar incidents, miracles, and revelations are currently taking place, and that I wish to testify those, and if you, who are reading this letter have not ever heard of such things before, then you could also avail an opportunity to see those to your own eyes and gather help and graces, so that you could make your life successful.
I wish to explain it in this way, otherwise you all will not understand it due to the way I have explained it. Supposing, if I say that I have seen the Sacred Stigmatic Wounds of Lord Jesus Christ which he bore after he was crucified on to a cross at the Calvary, can you believe it? Absolutely this was not an incident which only I witnessed. It was an incident which all devotees, pilgrims and including me, has seen when we came to Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine in Sri Lanka to attend Liturgical Celebrations during the period of year 2007 Passion of Christ .That means in the year 2007, all devotees and pilgrims who came to Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, to attend Liturgical Celebrations during the period of Passion of Lord Jesus Christ, were able to see to their own eyes, the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds of Lord Jesus Christ, which the Most Holy Apostolic Father, His Holiness Rohan Lalith Aponso, the Apostle, who was Chosen and Appointed by Lord Jesus Christ bore in His Arms. Lord Jesus Christ has appeared in the Apparition Church of Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine and has appointed the Most Holy Apostolic Father, His Holiness Rohan Lalith Aponso, as an Apostle.
The following incident is the one which I made you so curious. On 17th March 2007, just before the commencement of the Holy Mass which was scheduled to be presided over by the Most Holy Apostolic Father, an announcement, which was made through the public address system, stunned the people who gathered. On that day, it was announced through the public address system that Our Most Holy Apostolic Father has received in his both arms, the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds of Lord Jesus Christ, which he bore on the Mount Calvary. From the time of this announcement was broadcast, I was impatiently waiting until the Most Holy Apostolic Father arrives at the Holy Altar to celebrate the Holy Mass, to see these Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds which he bears.
When the Most Holy Apostolic Father arrived at the Holy Altar to celebrate the Holy Mass, I was able to see his round shaped Sacred Stigmatic Wounds which were in the center of his sacred palms. At that moment by looking at his sorrowful sacred face, I noticed that he was suffering from a severe pain due to these Sacred Stigmatic Wounds, because he had received those just 4 days prior to the Holy Mass. When I saw the way Our Beloved Most Holy Apostolic Father was in pain, I thought, Oh! Even though this is a miraculous happening, Our Beloved Holy Apostolic Father is undergoing a severe pain due to these Sacred Stigmatic Wounds and that I could imagine the extent of suffering which Our Beloved Lord Jesus Christ had to undergo when he was lashed, scourged brutally, and then was hung on a cross after being forced to wear a crown of thorns.
After that I was able to know and to see the other wonderful incident about the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds of the Holy Apostolic Father. That was in the night of Maundy Thursday and in the morning of Easter Sunday.
In the night of Maundy Thursday, before the Statue of Blessed Virgin Mary which is placed in the Shrine Ground, the Most Holy Apostolic Father described the pain and suffering which Lord Jesus Christ had to undergo in the night of First Maundy Thursday and on the First Good Friday. Those sacred words of the Holy Apostolic Father were recorded and it was aired through the public address system, in the night of that Maundy Thursday itself. The Most Holy Apostolic Father who was in the midst of the people was also participating at that occasion while he was having the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds in his hands.
In this unforgettable night of Maundy Thursday of year 2007, the Holy Apostolic Father, who was in the midst of the people, was in a state of a severe pain because of the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds. We were also able to see how he was screaming due to unbearable pain. His hands in which he bore the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds were swollen, and his face was also swollen. At that moment I was standing closer to him. We were fanning his Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds. And that was the only consolation he could get for his unbearable pain. I was also one of them who were fanning his Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds. At that moment I saw an incident which I could not even believe my own eyes.
While I was fanning his Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds, I saw the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds which were in his hands, getting disappeared all of a sudden for few seconds. I saw it very clearly to my own eyes because at that moment, I was the only one who was fanning his Most Scared Wounds and while I was fanning, I was directly looking at his Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds. When his Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds surfaced again within seconds, I looked around to see whether the people around him also have seen this. Then I knew that they have also seen it because they were also surprisingly looking at his Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds and again looking at the others who were standing around him as if they also could not even believe their own eyes.
In the morning of Easter Sunday, I got to know the next wonderful incident about the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds of Our Most Holy Apostolic Father. The Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds which he bore for the last several days with an unbearable pain, had got completely disappeared, and in the morning of Easter Sunday, the Most Holy Apostolic Father was attending to his day to day work as usual as he was attending to it before he received the Most Sacred Stigmatic Wounds of Lord Jesus Christ. Wouldn’t this absolutely, a miracle which occurred through the intercession of Lord Jesus Christ? I will leave that for you to decide and to find further details about it.
Before I conclude this letter, I wish to connect the Bible Verse which I mentioned in the first paragraph of this letter, with this miraculous incident which I have described. That means, 2000 years ago, the God Almighty was trying hard to reveal His only Son to the world by performing several miracles. But that effort ended when His only Son had to sacrifice his life on a cross, for the sake of the whole mankind.
Nevertheless, what is the situation today? Even though the whole world has not accepted Lord Jesus Christ, yet, people who accept him are scattered all over the world. But what is the use of accepting him after murdering him? Likewise, Lord Jesus Christ, through his 14th Apostle, whom He has Chosen and Appointed from the city of Katunayake in Sri Lanka, is also trying hard to reveal this Apostle to the whole world by performing various miracles and granting help and abundant graces through him, to those who have faith in him, and trying to convince us that “I HAVE CHOSEN AND APPOINTED THIS APOSTLE”. Nevertheless, this Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, who is among the living, is performing so many miracles to convince us that “HE IS THE VICAR OF LORD JESUS CHRIST” However, by trying to ignore him, are the people who are presently living in this world, in this millennium, yet, doing the same thing that was done to Lord Jesus Christ by the people who were living 2000 years ago? I have raised this question and invite you to think about it wisely.
