Exhibiting the Image of world’s One and Only Jasmine aroma emanating Miraculous Statue of Blessed Virgin Mary began on Saturday 4th November. This image was exhibited in Holy Apostles Peter & Paul Garden of Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, where the Miraculous Statue is placed. This Miraculous Statue of Mother of God will be exhibited again on 24th December in Holy Apostles Peter & Paul Garden after celebrating the Midnight Festive High Mass of Christmas Eve and after the Midnight Festive High Mass at the dawn of the New Year 2018. Facilities will be provided for devotees for duration of one hour on both days, to offer their prayers by coming closer to the Statue and to feel the aroma of Jasmines which is miraculously emanating from this Glorious Statue.
Exhibiting of the image of Jasmine aroma emanating Miraculous Statue of Blessed Virgin Mary will take place only on Saturdays from 4th November to 16th December, in Holy Apostles Peter & Paul Garden of Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine.
This Statue is kept under the care of His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aposo at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, the Only Shrine in Sri Lanka, where the Blessed Mother has appeared. This Statue commenced to emanate aroma of Jasmines miraculously from the very first day when the Blessed Virgin Mother appeared in this Shrine and carried this Glorious Statue and held it with her hands.
It was reported that faithful who prayed before the image of this Statue which was blessed by His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso and exhibited, prior to exhibiting the Glorious Statue of Mother of God that emanates aroma of Jasmines, had received privileges and help from Blessed Mother Mary from the first day itself (Saturday 18th November) when this image was placed to exhibit.
This image of Jasmine aroma emanating Glorious Statue will be exhibited after the articulation of the Miraculous Prayer at 6.00 pm on Saturday and the devotees who light candles in Holy Apostles Peter & Paul Garden will receive this opportunity.
