The world’s One and Only Jasmine aroma emanating Blessed Virgin Mary’s Miraculous Statue of this earth, is established in Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, in Sri Lanka. The ‘Wonder’ of the world, The Jasmine aroma emanating Blessed Virgin Mary’s Miraculous Statue, was exhibited on 2017 December 24th and December 31st on a special dais , in Sts. Peter and Paul Apostle garden situated at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine.
The Only living Holy Apostle in the world, His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, celebrated the Mid-Night Christmas Holy Mass on 24th December, at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, and at end of the Holy Mass, His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso commenced the exhibition ceremony of The world’s One and Only Jasmine aroma emanating Blessed Virgin Mary’s Miraculous Statue, by placing a Jewels embedded Golden Crown on the forehead of this Most Miraculous Statue of Mother of God with His own Blessed Scared Hands.
The specialty of this Jewels embedded Golden Crown which was offered to Mother Mary’s Miraculous Statue is that, it has been specially custom made to the order of His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, who spent His own personal funds without obtaining any help or financial support from anyone else.
The exhibition of The world’s One and Only Jasmine aroma emanating Miraculous Statue of Blessed Virgin Mary, who is also known lovingly as Our Lady of Katunayake, on a Christmas Day took place on first time. For the first time, the atmosphere around Holy Apostles Peter & Paul garden at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, became filled with aroma of sweet Jasmine.
