Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine in Sri Lanka, where the Blessed Virgin Mary had appeared twenty three times to date, is famous among people as the Miraculous Shrine, is because of the frequently occurring miracles which happens in this Shrine. Since these miracles which happen with the courtesy of Blessed Virgin Mary, it shows that the immense consolations that the public receives are the love and affection of Mother Mary as a Mother to all of them. Her immaculate heart weeps in front of Her children’s pain, sorrow and tears.
The miraculous Prayer written by His Holiness the Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, who was fortunate enough in seeing Blessed Virgin Mary with His own eyes, enunciate it for the first time on 08th September 2012 Saturday evening. The very first day in which the prayer is enunciate a miracle happened.
The main miracle happened that day was the complete disappearance of the tumor inside the womb of the 19 year old student, who was diagnosed of a removal of her womb in a surgery.
After the Saturday the 08th September 2012, this miraculous prayer was offered again on the Saturday the 29th April 2017. From that day till today, now on every Saturday this miraculous Prayer is enunciate by His Holiness the Apostle in Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine with the participation of the devotees gathered at that time to the church.
After the Saturday 8th September 2012, on Saturday the 29th April, 2017 evening, the Miraculous Prayer was enunciate in front of statue of Blessed Virgin Mary which is crowned with a Golden Crown studded with Blue gems. Since then, till to date on every Saturday evening ,When this miraculous prayer is pronounced, the help which the devotees receive is really surprising and it’s really miraculous.
In the evening of Saturday the 19th of May 2018, a group of people among the gathered devotees to Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, had the opportunity to enter Holy Apostles Peter & Paul Garden within the Shrine premises and enunciate the Miraculous Prayer to Blessed Virgin Mary.
