I participated in the Mother Mary’s Crowning Ceremony that was offered by His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso, at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine, on Saturday 29th April 2017, to Crown the Statue of Blessed Virgin Mary. That was my 1st occasion of visiting that Shrine. As it was stated in fb, I wrote my burning problem in a piece of paper and went to the Shrine. When it was told to raise the request, I also raise the piece of paper in which I have written my request. His Holiness The Apostle Rohan Lalith Aponso offered His prayers to the Blessed Mother, on behalf of our requests. At the end of the Crowning Ceremony, I inserted the piece of paper, in which I have written my request, into the box that was kept at the feet of the Statue of Mother of God. The request which I wrote was this. ‘Dearest Mother of Jesus, Relieve me from my two hundred thousand debts.’
On the following day, 30th April, a friend of mine came to my place. He was a classmate of mine. He is in Italy. He has come home on vacation. All of a sudden he has remembered me and has come to my place. I met him after a period of 5 years. While he was conversing with me, he inquired about me. Then I told him about my financial debt. Certainly, I could not believe. At once he told me, ‘Okay, Okay, don’t think about it. I will give you that two hundred thousand tomorrow’.
Today is 1st May. My friend came in the evening to my place with Rupees two hundred thousand. He told me, ‘Take this and get rid of that financial debt’. I told him I will settle this to him little by little. Yet, he told me, ‘Give me when you can, but don’t think much, that you are a debtor’.
I kept him for dinner. When he left my home, I thought I should put this first on Katunayake’s Shrine fb. Then I remembered, the request which I wrote, the request which I offered during the Miraculous Prayer to the Blessed Mother Mary to relive me from my debts, the piece of paper, in which I wrote my request, the way I raised it when the Miraculous Prayer to the Blessed Mother Mary was offered at the Shrine of Our Lady of Katunayake, and how the Holy Apostle blessed those requests and how I inserted my request into the box, while looking at the Statue of Blessed Virgin Mary that was Crowned. I remembered all these things.
This is a society where nobody will ever think giving not only two hundred thousand, but also even two rupees. Anyway my friend felt that he should give me Rupees two hundred thousand. For the last several years I got blasted because of this financial debt. Finally, I went to the Most Miraculous Shrine of Our Lady of Katunayake and offered my plight. His Holiness The Apostle’s Blessings became a Blessing to my request. My burning problem was solved within 24 hours of Crowning the Statue of Mother of Jesus, at Our Lady of Katunayake’s Shrine. I received help. I received help. I received help.
